Pricing

Fixed monthly pricing, whichever way you deploy

Deployment

Where the platform runs

Same platform, same features in all four. What changes is how much sits on your side and who owns the carrier relationship.

Fastest start

Cloud

Multi-tenant and operated end to end by us.

$499 per month, plus the products you run

  • Full API surface
  • Managed media and carrier
  • 99.9% uptime SLA
Single tenant

Private cloud

A dedicated instance on our infrastructure, isolated end to end.

$2,999 per month, plus $2,500 setup

  • Isolated data store
  • 99.95% uptime SLA
  • Premium support included
Full control

Sovereign

The whole platform inside your perimeter. Nothing reaches our cloud.

$6,999 per month, plus $10,000 setup

  • Air-gap capable
  • Three voice stacks included
  • Mission-critical support included

Hybrid voice stacks

One stack is one deployed voice node at one site. Add sites as you grow — the monthly fee is fixed and does not move with call volume.

Hybrid voice stack pricing
StackConcurrent sessionsTypical sitePrice / month
Edge 60Up to 60Branch office or standby site$749
Edge 250Up to 250Regional contact centre$1,749
Edge 1000Up to 1,000Primary contact centre$3,499
Edge XL2,500 and aboveNational or carrier-grade core$5,999
  • Volume: 15% off from three active stacks, 25% from ten, 35% from twenty-five.
  • A passive standby stack is 40% of the active rate.
  • Commissioning is $3,500 for the first site and $1,200 for each site after it.
  • Capacity is a soft cap. Sustained overage moves the stack up a tier — there is no per-session penalty.

What usage costs

The two things every other platform meters, and how we avoid metering them.

What calls cost

Bring your own carrier on any plan, at no extra charge — that is how Hybrid and Sovereign work by default. If you would rather we provide the numbers, every seat comes with a generous pooled allowance.

Calling allowances by deployment
DeploymentWho provides the carrierWhat you pay us for calls
CloudOurs, or bring your own5,000 pooled minutes per seat
Private cloudOurs, or bring your own5,000 pooled minutes per seat
HybridYoursNothing
SovereignYoursNothing
  • Minutes are domestic, per seat, per month, and pooled across your whole account — light users cover the heavy ones. A full-time agent talks roughly 4,000 minutes a month, so the pool has headroom.
  • On Hybrid and Sovereign you terminate on your own trunks at your own negotiated rate, so there is no usage line on our invoice at all.
  • Need more than the pool? Point the overflow at your own carrier. It costs nothing extra and works on every plan.
  • International destinations and inbound numbers are quoted per country — ask and we will send the list for yours.

Voice AI capacity

Committed monthly minutes for AI-handled calls, bought up front like seats. Handoff to a human agent is included in every block — the transcript and context travel with the call, because it never leaves the platform.

FAQ

Questions we get asked about pricing

How much does a 50-agent contact centre cost?

$3,949 a month. That is the $499 Cloud platform fee plus 50 CCaaS Pro seats at $69 each, and it includes 250,000 pooled domestic minutes. All in, that works out at $79 per agent. A 10-agent team costs $1,189 a month and a 200-agent team costs $14,299. There is no setup fee on Cloud.

Do you charge per minute?

Not on Hybrid or Sovereign. On those models you terminate calls through your own trunks at your own negotiated rate, so there is no usage line on our invoice at all. On Cloud and Private cloud, each seat includes 5,000 domestic minutes a month pooled across your account, and you can point any overflow at your own carrier at no extra charge. Every plan on this page is a fixed monthly subscription.

What is a Hybrid deployment, and why would I choose it?

The voice stack runs on servers in your own data centre or office and connects to the telephony provider you already use, so call audio and recordings never leave your premises. The control plane, applications, analytics and AI run in our cloud. It is the most common shape for banks, insurers, lenders and BPOs in India, because it keeps the carrier contracts they have already negotiated and satisfies data residency without them having to operate the entire platform themselves. It is billed as a $499 control plane plus one fee per deployed voice stack, from $749 a month.

Can I keep my existing telephony provider?

Yes, on every plan, at no extra charge. Most platforms either restrict bring-your-own-carrier to their top tier or charge a per-minute fee for it. We do neither, because it is how Hybrid and Sovereign work by default.

Is there a seat minimum, a spend floor or a setup fee?

There is no seat minimum and no annual seat commitment — you can start with ten agents. The smallest monthly invoice we send is $499, which is the Cloud platform fee. Setup fees apply only to the deployment models that need engineering work: $2,500 for Private cloud, $10,000 for Sovereign, and $3,500 to commission your first Hybrid voice stack, then $1,200 per site after that. Cloud has no setup fee.

What happens if I go over my included capacity?

Nothing sudden. Minute pools, session capacity and AI blocks are all soft caps. If you sustain an overage for two consecutive months we move you to the next tier at the published price. There are no penalty rates and no surprise invoices — the whole price book is designed so that your bill does not move with your call volume.

Does SIPRTC satisfy RBI and DPDP requirements in India?

Hybrid and Sovereign keep call audio, recordings and customer personal data inside infrastructure you control, which is what RBI expects for payment system data — primary, backup and disaster recovery all held within India, with no residency splitting. Sovereign goes further and runs the control plane inside your perimeter too, air-gapped if you need it. Both include audit exports and retention controls for DPDP evidence. Your compliance team should still review the deployment; we will sit in that meeting.

Can I resell SIPRTC under my own brand?

Yes. Full white-labelling removes every SIPRTC mark for $1,499 a month, and the reseller programme gives you a 25% to 40% wholesale discount off the published seat price depending on committed seats, with you setting what your customers pay. It requires Hybrid, Private cloud or Sovereign and one SIPRTC-certified engineer on your side.

What's the difference between CPaaS, UCaaS and CCaaS?

CPaaS gives you APIs to build communication features into your own product. UCaaS is a ready-to-use business phone system with messaging and meetings, priced per user. CCaaS is the contact centre — queues, routing, agent desktop and reporting — priced per agent. They run on the same platform, so you can buy one now and add another later without migrating.

Tell us your volumes and we will price it properly

Thirty minutes, your call flows, your compliance constraints — and a straight number at the end of it. No hard sell.
